This animal rescue is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fully equiped to take care of 4 cats, 4 dogs, 3 horses and several minor pets at one time. I had a great time building this lot and am currently have a great time playing it. 

Although if you want to have the Rescue filled to the max, you will have to use a mod that allows more than 8 sims in a household. I personally use  Twallan's story progression phase 11. I hope you enjoy this lot! big hugs guys!!

book store bistro movies grocery Spa Welcome to Templeton's Square! I had just got done installing a small world and noticed that all the community buildings seemed to take up too much space. So I thought later I'll build 1 lot that has a bunch on it. Well my little girl wanted to watch Charlottes web. While me and the kids were watching it, I was thinking about a name and the rat on the movie, his name is Templeton :) So that's how I come up with this name :) LOL thanks Hayley! (my 3 yr old little girl) Ok so this lot has a book store, a spa, a bistro, a grocery store, a movie theater, and places to relax, hang out and have coffee. Lora Jean is a home I made for my 3 "just outta College" sims :). 2 girls and a boy are sharing the home until they can get out on their own 2 feet. The Living and Kitchen are spacious enough to have a few friends over and because the 2 girls are interning to be doctors and the boy is interning to be a scientist they are rarely home so their rooms are tiny but serve their purpose well :). Starlet Rose is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath family home. It has large bedrooms for both the Master and spare/Kids rooms. If you want to have loads of kids the rooms are plenty big to accomodate them, if not you can turn them in to whatever you feel like :). The master bath is huge, on one side you have basically your very own spa tub area ;) and the other side you have your shower and toliet, with an entire side/corner dedicated to "gussying up." In the middle you have 2 sinks. I personally am proud of the lay out of this home and actually made a sim named after this home that I plan on playing in this lot when I get done with submitting it LOL.

I couldn't figure out what i was doing wrong b/c i couldn't set the doors for NCP's. so i want to give a HUGE thank you to spladoum over at TSR for helping me get it right! big hugs! i hope you all enjoy!
