Hey Ya'll! I got in an apartment building mood! So here is a 1 bed-1bath open living space apartment. Once again I believe I have the other's set up right for NCP's...fingers crossed :) There is a nice pool that the apartments are centered around. On the bottom level is a laundry room for the people living there, upstairs above the Laundry Room, there is a Cafe area, for your sims to have coffee, read, have quick meals, or just hang out and watch some tv with friends :). I had a fun time building these and Personally think they look much better than my last set of apartments! (which by the way I am BLOWN away by how many times they've been downloaded :D thanks guys!!) So I hope you all enjoy these! As always they were play tested and everything seemed fine. Big hugs
